  • Characteristics of Protected Classifications Under California or Federal Law: Such as race, sex, age, national origin, disability, citizenship status, and biometric information.

RETENTION PERIOD

The data protection and other applicable laws of the Unites States may not be as comprehensive as those laws or regulations in Your home country or other countries, and may otherwise differ from the data protection or consumer protection laws in Your home country or other countries.

By using the Website and/or providing personal data to Gibbons, You agree that Your personal data can be transferred and used by Gibbons as set forth and described in this Policy.

If You do not agree to have Your personal data transferred to the United States, You should not provide any personal data to Gibbons and should exit the Website.  However, this Privacy Policy will apply to all of Your information, personal data  and actions prior to exiting the Website.

Requests will be responded to as required by applicable law. Consistent with California law, You may only make two such requests in a 12-month period, and the information provided will only cover the information collected in the preceding 12 months.

In order to process a request, We will need to verify Your identity. We may request two or more data points of Personal Information and other proof of identification depending on the nature of the request and the Personal Information requested to verify Your identity.
